The world today calls for a new level of agility – and for a new flux of skills and competencies within your company. At Professionals, we are not only passionate about providing more potential candidates than anybody else, but also about understanding what moves people – personally and professionally. Combining this with comprehensive search tools and a systematic recruitment process gives us even better results.
Through close dialogue with our clients, we clarify the situation and identify specific needs down to the last detail to find the right person with the right skills.
Based on the identified needs, we search our global network of pre-screened consultants, allowing us to identify the right consultants with the right competencies for the job – quickly and easily.
Matching consultants are approved and interviewed. We then send a shortlist of 2-3 consultants to the client, including clear CVs and rates.
Interviews with the best-suited consultants are conducted in collaboration with the client, ensuring we have the right match.
All conditions will be finalised in a flexible contract when the consultant starts at the company, providing quick access to specialist skills.
”Last summer we needed two specialists ASAP and got the tip that Professionals could be a good partner. In a tough market, Professionals came back quickly with qualified candidates. Both dialogue and process are super. Most recently we asked for a top shelf mechanical engineer and closed the deal within weeks.”
Martin Sonne Sørensen, Mechanical Engineering Manager

”At Milton, we were in need of everything from engineers to project managers to financial assistants during the autumn. We needed them fast and to save time we thought it would be better to have Professionals search and select for us, and they did a good job. They have since become a close partner and help us in a difficult market to find highly qualified candidates in a nick of time.”
Gitte Poulsen, HR-chef
